FRANCINE ROBERTS-SPRINSKY
Director of Career Development

Fran has been a member of the ACCU Family for over 6 years. She is an experienced Human Resources Director with over 30 years of diversified experience in non-profit, corporate
and agency environments. Fran is responsible for further developing ACCU’s Permanent Placement division and implementing training programs that will synergize teams and introduce new company procedures. Fran also lends her support to all branch operations and assists them in their recruitment efforts, offering expertise and guidance where needed.

Fran is a Charter Member of LEON (Latino Workforce Development Taskforce) and the Philadelphia Employer Advisory Council.
