GRANT J. COWARD
Risk Manager/Workers Comp Specialist

Grant has been the Safety Officer/Workers Compensation Specialist for the ACCU Family of Companies since 2001.
In 2004, he assumed the duties of Corporate Risk Manager
in addition to his role in workers compensation case management. Grant is responsible for investigating incidents and injuries and acts as a liaison between companies, insurance carriers and medical providers. He trains on-site office staff in risk management, coordinates corporate policies and conducts OSHA occupational safety classes.

Prior to his position at ACCU, Grant served 26 years in the U.S. Air Force as an Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD) Specialist then pursued an industrial/occupational safety career with the distribution, transportation and manufacturing industries. He currently works part-time as an industrial safety instructor for Gloucester County College in concert with the South Jersey Chemical Manufacturers Safety Council.
