With the start of the new year, we will see wage increases throughout the tri-state area. Effective January 1st, 2023 minimum wage in the following states has been adjusted.
New Jersey
New Jersey’s minimum wage has increased from $13.00 in 2022 up to $14.13 in 2023. For more information on New Jersey’s minimum wage increase, click here.
Delaware
Delaware’s minimum wage has increased from $10.50 in 2022 up to $11.75 in 2023. Delaware’s minimum wage will increase incrementally on January 1 to $13.25 in 2024, and $15.00 in 2025. For more information on Delaware’s minimum wage, click here.
Maryland
Maryland’s minimum wage has increased from $12.50 in 2022 up to $13.25 in 2023. The minimum wage in Maryland is scheduled to reach $14.00 on January 1, 2024. For more information on Maryland’s minimum wage increase, click here.
