At ACCU Staffing, we have a particular mom to thank: our founder, Doris M. Damm. In 1979, from a small office in the iconic Cherry Hill Mall, with little more than a phone and a conviction that she could do it better, Doris launched ACCU Staffing Services.
More than 47 years later, that one-woman idea has grown into the region’s premier staffing provider, with offices across New Jersey and Pennsylvania — and two generations of the Damm family at the helm. Today, Elaine M. Damm carries the company forward as President.
Doris built ACCU on a simple belief: people deserve work that fits their lives. That belief still shapes everything we do — whether we’re helping a parent return to work after maternity leave, finding hours that work around school pickup, or connecting employers to some of the most loyal, resourceful candidates in the region.
